Great service - Friendly, professional and knowledgeable - Good value as well
Booked Dental appointment online, 3 days in advance only to get there and be told they didnt accept online dental bookings. So I asked why I was able to book online and received email and sms confirmation for the booking, the receptionist told me it was nothing to do with her. When I asked why should couldnt have called me before the appointment to tell me, she didnt have an answer. Very rude and inconsiderate. I had a tooth ache, and had to get my children looked after for the appointment and couldnt even be seen. Wont be back
This was the best dental experience I have ever had. The dentist was very honest, straightforward, and put everything into language that I could understand. She was also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone.
